About Us

We’re Terrell Aesthetics Skin and Body Med Spa, and we’ve been a medical spa and skincare clinic here in Union City, TN, since 2008. We are a one-stop shop for quality services and products, which include microneedling, laser hair removal, hydrafacials, and much more. We are discovering the future of cosmetic aesthetics for both men and women.

Our Story

Terrell Aesthetics was started in 2008 by owner Renea Terrell. She started Terrell aesthetics in the year 2000. She bought her first laser that year as well. Her first objective was to listen to the client and focus on their end goal. She wanted her clients to feel beautiful and confident before walking out the door. Tons have changed since the first day when she had opened the location in 2008. With the advancement in technology and as a practitioner and practice, they focused on growing and learning with the times. She has learned that using a combination of modalities achieves the best results. At the end of the day, Renea wanted a medical spa and skincare clinic with a friendly and zen atmosphere that was welcoming for all. Her goal was to create a place where customers can go to relax and receive a premier spa experience without judgment. We offer services and cosmetic aesthetic products for both men and women, so everyone is welcome!

We are a family-owned and operated business, and we treat our employees and customers like they’re a part of that family! We continue our education and training because we believe it’s important that our professionals are up to date on the newest information in the cosmetics world. We take our customer’s needs seriously and will create a customizable program for each customer that fits their specifications.

Our inventory includes skincare products for both men and women, and we use top-of-the-line brands like LATISSE, SkinCeuticals, Dermablend, Jane Iredale, Jack Black, Glo Skin Beauty, Revision Skincare, Image Skincare and more.
